    How do I know how much to charge to clean carpets and floors (wax) in Florida?

    Good evening vandjservices,

    Are you near or in a large city such as Miami, Lauderdale, Orlando, etc? Pricing is geenerally a little higher in the metropolitan areas.

    In the Chicago area Carpet generally goes at $.10 to $.15 per sq ft, and complete stripping and 4 coats of finish is about $.23 to $.26 per sq ft. If the job is small charge a little more per sq ft. larger go with the light side on the pricing.

    The pricing is based on hot water extraction wall to wall, in my opinion the best method. Other methods are available and the pricing will vary, such as the dry chemical cleaning...

    These are only suggestions, final choice you your pricing is obviously your own.
