Kenmore 600 will not start at all
Bought it Nov 07 and worked fine until last week when wife put towels in to dry. Closed door, started, walked away came back 45 minutes or so later to a darkened interior and wet towels. It worked when she put them in. I have checked the electric in (fine) I have replaced the thermal fuse (still didn't work) replace the other one (thermistor?) but still nothing. Door switch is fine. I am running out of options. Don't have an Ohm Meter so can't check the continuity but if it helps I will get one. My wife says she smelled something burning or kept smelling something burning but I ran down the wires and didn't see any sign of burning. Anyway, I am wondering if the heating element is the thing. I don't know where it is located because I don't have a diagram:confused:. I guess long story short... need some expert help on this one... I thank you in advance if a suggestion is forthcoming.
