    Kenmore dryer won't start
    I have a kenmore electric dryer model # 110-86673100, I push the start button nothing happens. The timer is ticking, I can hear it,but no go. I checked the belt, it's fine, can turn drum by hand , nothing.please help!! - I tried the thermal fuse and that wasn't it. Anymore help?

    Check the thermal fuse located on the back of the blower housing. It is a non resetable fuse. Cost about $15.00. Easy repair. It usually goes out because of a restriceted exhaust vent. Check and clean the exhaust thorougly

    I tried "jumping" all the things in back of the dryer that looked like a fuse, with apiece of copper wire-nothing happened-could it still be this fuse? Thanks mike

No problem at breaker/fuse box. Outlet appears fine. Light on in dryer when door opens. Any suggestions?
