    Legal distance from neighbours window.
    Hi Can anyone help please. I want to put up a shed on a hard standing that I have, but my neighbour has a window that opens on to my garden, how far from the window can I put my shed and is there a height restriction, this is in Dorset UK.

    Suggest that you check with the local authorities in Dorset. They make the rules so only they will know.
