    Weight lifting
    I was wondering if it is OK to do a full body workout three days a week? Also when is the best time to do a workout I usually do it around 4 or 5 pm.

    Mornings are usually best, and you can do them up to five days a week, PENDING that you have no health issues or injuries that would get worse, and that you keep a healthy diet, hydratyed and easy paced. Good luck!
