Have you been in contact with the other insurance company? Or do you mean that the other person's policy has exhausted its limits?
If you're saying that the other person's policy has paid out to its limit, then if you have coverage for
Underinsured Motorists, you can use your policy to pay your medical bills up to
your policy's limits. You may have a small deductible to meet (usually like $100). Do you know if you have this?
Otherwise, you may want to seek a Personal Injury attorney to sue the other person for your medical expenses.
