    Tax home for Per Diem Payment
    If a person is working on a green card, is that sufficient proof that his tax home is outside the united states for per diem payment purposes>

    I'm confused.

    Generally, a person who has a green card has his tax home INSIDE the U.S. That being the case, how can possessing a green card serve as proof that your tax home is OUTSIDE of the U.S.
