About a month ago I made arrangements with my mortgage company on my payment which I have been trying to catch up and still behind. The Rep did a deferred payment. Prior to this arrangement, I received a statement for $1,077.00 due by 11/20/07 after the arrangement, I received a statement for $724.00. Yesterday I received a call from another Rep whom was on maternity leave during the arrangement and told me that the deferred payment should not have been allowed and was going to reverse it. I got so upset because she told me to start packing my bags because she was going to send someone to come pick up my mobile home. What should I do? I don't want to call because I don't want to get upset. I tried telling her that I had budgeted to send a money gram of the $724.00 this Friday (Dec. 21) but she said that was not acceptable that I had to do it yesterday. I am confused and don't know what to do. What should I do?

You get a statement in writing, correct? You call and ask to speak to this women's supervisor. Tell them you negotiated this in good faith and goit an acceptnace in writing and you will hold them to it. Tell them you do not want this other rep EVER calling you again. Tell the supv she was abusive and threatening. (they can't just take the motorhome without legal action).
