I received a summons in regard to medical bills. In the summons there are 4 parts the first 3 are just the information of who suing who and dates of service. I have a disagreement with the fourth part which is the money amount. The problem is that the hospital billed my insurance wrong and then billed it with the therapist supervisor as the primary when the therapist was the one pre-authorized. In the mean time insurance paid wrong amount. I've been fighting with hospital and the insurance to correct the problem so that I know the actual amount owed. I finally got a response from the insurance and they are in the process of reprocessing the bills. So how do I respond to the summons?

Small Claims Court? If so, respond just as you've responded here. Copy to Court, copy to Attorney.
