    Technical Support for a Class Course
    What type of applications do end users work with most in their jobs and how would you troubleshoot applications problems. Example: Excel, Access?

    I'm a programmer, but I know that people call frequently with problems about Office. Lots of problems. Sometimes they want to know how to do something. Sometimes they call because Office is misbehaving. It frequently requires a reinstall of MS Office.
