I need to know what type of questions will an End User or Customer will ask when calling in for a problem they are having with Microsoft Suite.

I'm a programmer, but I know that people call frequently with problems about Office. Lots of problems. Sometimes they want to know how to do something. Sometimes they call because Office is misbehaving. It frequently requires a reinstall of MS Office.
