    A strange internet issue
    Hello.

We had internet before, and it did this as well, with a completely different provider and type of internet, before it was with a company called Cox. And it was cable.

Now we have cricket wireless, and its doing it still so I don't think it's the provider or the cable.

When I start to load a page, it will SEEM to get stuck and not respond, until I move the mouse, and then it pops up right away.

That's about the only way I can explain it.

But it does work, you just have to move the mouse?

Is this only when you first open IE or any new page you open?

well that answers THAT question. No it doesn't matter if it's a first opened page or not.

but it also doesn't seem to happen ALL the time. Just randomly

    Couple things to try

    First-
Any changes that either happened or that you perhaps made to your computer around the time that the problem started; particularly any Software or Hardware that you installed or setup.

I would first look at addon that are being used in IE
    -Tools, Manage Addons, Enable/disable addons
-Go through items there and look for something that 'may' be related somehow and choose disable to see if that would resolve

Can go through addons listed there and use trial and error to see if one of the addons is causing the issue

You can always reset defeaults for IE
    -Tools, internet options, adv tab
-Click Reset Defaults on bottom and click Apply
    -Close and restart IE

Would say if resetting does not do it, it would be one of the addons or software installed at some point between when it worked with no prob and prob arose
