    Internet Explorer Issue
    Hello!

My friend is having a problem accessing a particular website. I tried to help him, but I can't figure out what the deal is. He has no problem accessing any other websites. It is just this particular one. He gets an error message that reads.. " Internet Explorer, cannot display web page". I tried accessing the website on my computer, no problem. I told him to try clearing his temporary internet files. It is on his end. He has security features enabled on his computer. Please help!:(

    Thanks!

He can try clearing out his IE history, cache, and stored files. He can also try going to update.microsoft.com and looking for any available updates both for his machine and/or for Internet Explorer and then download them. In some cases it may be that he needs to reboot his machine, as perhaps a software glich is preventing him from pulling up that page.
