    Dog Peeing In Kennel
What can I do to keep my dog from peeing in his kennel? I can not leave him out because he will destroy things? (He is a pitbull mix.) I have tried everything. This happens at night and if we have been home with him and then lock him up to go some where. He is good durning the day. I lock him up in the morning and he is let out at lunch and then after work. Do not know what to do I will take any suggestions.
    Thanks Kristie

I'm with Saris, need to know how old and how big.

Is the kennel inside or outside?

Also does he only ever pee in the kennel while you are out?

You could try blocking off a section of your house like the kitchen with a baby gate, personally I think 8 hours (I am assuming that is how long you work for) in a crate/kennel is far too long for any dog, even if they are let out at lunch time.

Maybe he is in the crate too much. Maybe you need to walk him more. Maybe it is due to anxiety!
