    Charge for shoplifting
    Hi I got cut shoplifting on a government property Im getting charge for grand larceny it was total amount for 283 dollar and I have a previous record I had felony class E about 4 years ago what could happen to me a this time Im going to court in 3 weeks.

    Depends on your age, the circumstance, and the judge.

    Most assuradly you will be in trouble however.

    I would stop stealilng :)
