    Ok,

    Was it included in the bankrutpcy
    What type of bankruptcy, I wlll assume a chapter 13??

    But if you are still in the bankrutpcy, you will have to get permission from the trustee and any money received that is over the exemption amount will go to the court to pay toward the debts.
