    Selling a home under bankruptcy
    What do I need to know when selling my home and I filed bankruptcy prior to sale?

    You will have to notify the bankrutpcy trustee, depending on which level ( type) of bankruptcy you filed, most likely any money beyond the exemptions that is created from the sell will go to pay off the bankrutpcy
