    Whirlpool senseon dryer e-1 code
    Hi!
    My Whirlpool Senseon Dryer has an e-1 code and shuts off before clothes are dry. Can you help?

    I'm stealing from some other help sites:

    Whirlpool Senseon gives E1 error code - Appliance Repair Forum

    The "E1" error code means the thermistor (#42 on the bulkhead parts break down diagram) is open and has to be replaced.

    - The part number for the thermistor is AP3919451

My dryer keeps shutting off and I get an error code where the time remaining usually is that flashes E1. The only thing the manual says is to contact a repairman. I called someone a friend recommended and he cleaned it out but really didn't know anything else to do? Any help would be appreciated
