    HOA fees in Utah
    In Utah, can condo board arbitrarily drop water & sewage coverage from HOA fees & increase fees by 30.00 monthly. That makes total monthly increase about 80.00 from what was a 200.00 HOA

    Yes, the board can generally adjust maintenance fees anyway they feel necessary. Read you by-laws.

    Do you go to any of the HOA meetings ? But normally yes they can
