    Cleaning out REO Properties
I am looking into opening a business in cleaning out foreclosed homes. I know the basics about the business but I need to find out the finances, such as: how much do I charge for the services? And do I charge for my services by the hours, square footage etc...

HI Mrs Dooley how are you today?

If you type in 'cleaning, foreclosure, foreclosed homes, cleaning business, janitorial, janitorial service, etc' in the 'search box on the top of this thread you will find many, many answers to your question.

For foreclosed home cleaning, you could use either way to price it. However, I would make real sure of what exactly is expected prior to taking the job. If... you can get 'time and material' that would probably work best for you.
