I personally feed Eukanuba, but there are a lot of other high-quality foods on the market you could try.
The issue for Dachshunds is Obesity. That's a common cause of the back problems. So I suggest you speak with your vet about a diet that is nutritious, but keeps it from gaining weight. Be sure to exercise your dog everyday to help it stay fit. Limiting treats is difficult, but remember that treats do not equal love! |
