    Tenants Rights / Missouri
I just came home at lunch and found a permanent sign in my front yard advertising my landlords other properties for sale. It is the size of a small billboard and right in the middle of my yard. It is an eyesore and frankly, embarrassing. This is a 1 year old house in a nice subdivision. I have asked for it to be removed, with no response. I pay significant rent for this area, and wonder if I have any rights??

    Anyone??

    Thanks.

If you are within city limits they likely have sign ordinances. Check with the city. Otherwise reading your lease this topic is probably not covered so you would not have much to stand on.

And you need to check your lease, the lease is normally for full use of the house and yard.

If the lease does not say or allow it, I would not even complain I would have just taken it down ( without any damage) and put it in the garage and then told the landlord latter.

If they have your property for sale, they can put a for sale sign in the yard
