Camry anti-theft system is keeping me from starting.
My 94 4-cylinder Toyota Camry is in anti-theft mode and I can't start the engine. The horn blasts for a few minutes every time I open the door. How do I turn off the anti-theft system? Better yet, how do I disable it permanently?

Look under the driver's seat and let me know if you see a black box. Slide the seat all the way forward, open the rear door and look under there.
