    Evicting a husband
    How do I make my husband who has never paid rent at our home move out? Also is it considered abuse if my husband throws beer and beer bottles at me abuse if he makes sure not to leave any marks?

    It is most likely if you are married you will not be able to evict him, you can file for divorce and as part of the divorce make him move.

    If ht hits you with beer cans, it is assault, call the police.
    *** but only do it, if you are not going to go in the morning and bail him out when he tells you how much he loves you.

    Get a domestic violence restraining order and have him kicked out of the house as part of it.
