    Evicting my son
I have a 19 year old son who just won't keep a job and stay out of trouble. It is more important to him to have a beer than it is to work and support his 4 month old baby. My question is do I have to actually evict my son from my house or can I just kick him out. The police told me that I have to evict him is this correct. Michael R Sasser:confused: :(

I had the same problem with a stepson, though he did not have a baby. He was forced to get a job,he did not want to contribute, eat but not buy anything,so we stopped putting groceries, toiletries, laundry detergent, etc. in the house. We had a camper beside the house, plugged into the electric and that's is where we put everything. When I cooked it was for 2 and leftovers went in the camper fridge. When the free ride was over I did not have to evict him,he left on his own.
