    If you are facing discrimination (the other owner of a dog over 30 pounds is not being asked to rehome her dog), retain an Attorney.

    The cats and anything else anyone else does have nothing to do with your claim for discrimination and attempting to drag other "offenses" of the rules will only water down your case and make you look like a complainer with a personal grudge.

    Chuck and Judy seemed to understand what I meant. As Judy noted, your original question has been answered. You have gotten good advice and suggestions on how to proceed. You have an attorney, let him handle things.
