    Can someone be Godparents to two children from the same family?
    Is this something that is done?

    Yes. This is so I know in the Catholic Faith. I can't say for sure about others, though.

    Are you Roman Catholic, Need? I only ask because the one requirement is that one of the Godparents be Confirmed.

    I am Roman Cathloc also and I am a godmother to 3 neices. Two are children of my sister and the other is a daughter of my brother. I just had to go through my Holy Sacraments that were required for my age prior to the Baptism.
