Can someone be Godparents to two children from the same family?
Is this something that is done?

Yes. This is so I know in the Catholic Faith. I can't say for sure about others, though.

Yea, I'm referring to Roman Catholic. Sorry, I should have specified that.

Are you Roman Catholic, Need? I only ask because the one requirement is that one of the Godparents be Confirmed.

Yes... Sir Elton John (singer, writer, social and medical advocate, mate) has at least 3 godchildren...

But are they all children from the same family? That's my question.

I am Roman Cathloc also and I am a godmother to 3 neices. Two are children of my sister and the other is a daughter of my brother. I just had to go through my Holy Sacraments that were required for my age prior to the Baptism.

Luna, can you please gon into detail about what you mean? This makes absolutely no sense to me.

Wealth has nothing to do with it. Period.
