    Circular saw, 40 tooth carbide blade.

    I agree with Harold.

    Also tape area to be cut to resist chipping.
    Put 2nd line of tape to carry saw to keep from scratching corian.

    Kingerna,

    You have had good answers but I always recommend cutting at no faster than 60 Inches per minute. Your cut will be much better and it will cut down on the dust.
