    HUD Home Owner occupant purchase
    Husbund and wife bid on house as owner-occupant,and bid was accepted. Dad loaned the money and wants to be on the title. Is it possible?

    I think that you have to actually live in a HUD house for a certain amount of time to be on the title. I would ask.

    Yes, As long as you live in the house for a period of two years.
