Occupant removal in newly purchased mobile home
I am currently considering the purchase a mobile home in Florida. The owner is currently renting it without a lease with the rent payable monthly, thou it is currently late and nearly always is. If I purchase this mobile home, what rights do the current tenants have and what are my obligations. I would want to move in as soon as possible.

    Thanks in advance

Are you asking about the mobile home which the tenant is living in or the space which the owner is renting?

The tenant has to be evicted according to Florida law if the mobile home is your interest.
