    Bump on penis, not sure what it is
    I am 16 years old and am a virgin and am circumsized and I have always had a soft bump right below the scar from the circumsition. I have never really paid much attention to it but now that I am at a point in my life where it may come up I want to have answer as to what it is. It is on the top part of the shaft and is right before the head. I have had it all my life and it is not a STD. It hasn't really gotten any bigger. It is very close along the path of a vein so it may be a part of the vein that is close to the skin but I was seeing if anybody had any input on the situation.

Sorry I know there are a few other threads. I found 9-10 weeks back a very small bump the size of a pin head about 1cm under the tip of my penis on the shaft. Can only be felt when erect and if you pull the skin appears white, feels hard and I'm very worrid now. Any ideas? Thanks
