I am 16 years old and am a virgin and am circumsized and I have always had a soft bump right below the scar from the circumsition. I have never really paid much attention to it but now that I am at a point in my life where it may come up I want to have answer as to what it is. It is on the top part of the shaft and is right before the head. I have had it all my life and it is not a STD. It hasn't really gotten any bigger. It is very close along the path of a vein so it may be a part of the vein that is close to the skin but I was seeing if anybody had any input on the situation.
