Moving from one parent to the other
Okay I'm 14 years old and I'll be 15 this summer. I'm living with my dad right now, but would like to move with my mom who lives in Alabama. I've already told my dad and he said we would go to court if I decide to go and change custity. I'm worried my dad might change his mind when we get into the court room so I would like to know if even if he does change his mind would the court side with me and let me go. Am I old enough to make my decision or what?

You are not old enough to make a binding decision. No child is. The decision will be made by a judge in what the judge feels are your best interests. At your age, the judge will certainly listen to your preferences and reasons. Then make a decision.

If your father files for the change in custody that will be tantamount to agreeing to the change. Normally it's the non custodial parent who files for the change.
