    Seeking birth parents in Florida
I'm seeking birth records/info from January 1935 in Tampa, FL. What is the procedure I must follow to access this closed adoption file?

Closed adoption files remain closed UNLESS there is a compelling medical reason and the Court orders the file opened.

Most parents from a 1935 adoptoin are either very old but most likely passed away.

If your adopted parents did not have any copies saved that you either found or they gave you, You are basically just not going to get them.

They were be sealed and just not available
