    Collecting a judgement in New York
    Do you have any suggestions about collecting a judgement for $3000 from Small Claims court in New York. The defendant is a self-employed, licensed plumber. We do not have any bank account numbers.

    Report the judgement to local licensing bureau, they may threaten to pull his license if he doesn't pay. See if you can get a writ of execution to attach his truck and tools.

    First is his business incorporated, and if so was the judgement against him or the businessness
