    I need to loose weight and tone up !
    Hiaa I need to loose weight I have tried eating healthy but I can not hep it I eat junk I try not to but I just can't help it, I need to tone up to I am not haooy with my weight!

    Try having junkfood once a week instead of everyday as a reward.

    How do you expect to get fit if your not dedicated to your goals?

    It doesn't have to be hard unless you make it to be.

    Agreed. Lose the junk except for special occasions. Make sure you always have the sort of food available that will help you. Don't end up eating fries just because you have nothing else handy.

    If you are eating junk, you can workout like Arnold and you'll still be out of shape.

    Hey! I think I need to recommend to you, that you should try banana diet instead of junk,or else you often do a work out.
