    Can I tone up without losing weight
    Is it possible to tone up without losing weight? I'm 5'4 150lbs and very happy with my weight but I really need to tone up and get ride of my belly so I recently join a gym but I Don't want to lose any weight. Is that impossible?

    Hi there,

    I would say at 5'4, 150 pounds is on the higher side of the healthy range. Your muscle tone will not show unless you lose some of the extra weight which can just end up hiding it. If you were to just try and tone up you would notice that you looked bigger but no definition because of the layer of fat on top. I would say your best bet would be to do cardio/strength circuits. This type of workout revs up you fat burning and really works the muscles also. Good luck!!
