    Dehydration in pregnancy
    Hi everyone have just been reading through the posts and a few people have said that dehydration could be one of the many syptoms for pregnancy? Is this true?

    It's not really a symptom of being pregnant, but it can be common in pregnancy if the woman has severe morning sickness for example.

    Some people don't take in as much fluids as they could probably use through their food and drink, and this does become more important during pregnancy. The old guide of 8 8ounce glasses of fluids a day is not necessary for the average person, but an adequate amount is... and that will depend on the individual.
