    How do I find out who owns a house in Villa Park, IL that has no one living in it?

    1. go to the recorder of deeds and find out who is the listed owner, and also you will see if there are any liens against it.

    2. go to the property tax office and find who is paying the property tax, and where the bill is going and if the taxes are up to date
