    91 civic fuel delivery failure
Hi. I read all the faq's and I am still having problems with a 91 civic.. no start. Problem started intermittently with stalling out when starting from a stop. I replaced the old fuel filter and I pulled the main relay and noticed that there was some corrosion and solder cracks, so I replaced it. I was getting a code 16.. cleared the ecu and tried to start. Cranked it until I needed to boost, but no fuel to the carb.. checked service bolt on the fuel filter.. nothing, took off the line from the fuel tank to the filter and no fuel was there, even after cranking with the delivery line off. Is it obviously a bad fuel pump? I can hear the pump humming in the on position and I get all of the clicks from the relay on ignition.. any ideas? Thanks. Ps: spark is good.

Sounds like a bad fuel pump. Do you mean no fuel to the injectors?

No fuel to the injectors.. and I took the fuel supply line off the fuel filter and cranked it and nothing came out.. I'm pretty sure it's a bad pump, but thought I'd ask anyway. Thanks Tx for the quick resposne!
