    Self esteem issues
Okay so how do I feel better about myself? I when I'm on my period I get very emotional about every thing.. I just saw some pictures of my boyfriends ex girlfriend and she is so pretty. She has the body of a model. I'm 5'4 158 pounds no where near that, I'm a big girl with a pretty face. My boyfriend knows what he has.He says I'm fine the way I am and wouldn't love me any more or less if I was heaveir or thinner.I know I need to shed some pounds I will start working on it but I just want something to make me feel. Good I know I'm being insecure but what girl doesn't want to feel beautiful?

Your boyfriend is with you, not her. If she was so good he's be with her and not you!

If weight is the only issue for you then do work on it! You can do it- it takes one decision and one step [well many steps, exercising consists of a lot of physical activity-tehee]

Start eating healthy today! If you don't have the money to go to a gym, then start walking to school [I walk to my job now- it's 30 min away and let me tell you it's a great start to my morning]. Get some workout DVDs and follow them.

Go to this website and search: pilates, yoga, ab exercises, cardio, medicine ball exercises, etc. It's a great website with awesome exercises!

    You can do it!

It takes time to become happy with yourself. Even I am still struggling with my insecurities. You'll have your good days though, so make the most of them:)
It is hard at times, but always remember that you have your boyfriends support. Talk to him about your concerns and he may even help along side of you. Make sure to have a good support network. It will get you through anything!

Most females are moody when they have their period and some get sick beside it, my cousin does. When you have your period and see that your about to come out of your element try taking calming down. You can also speak with your doctor concerning this issue as well.

Love yourself and stop comparing yourself to other girls. My sister is at least 250 lbs but guess what? She loves herself and more confidence than anyone I know. She is big and proud and loving it.

Love yourself. Look at yourself naked and embrace everything about yourself. Each day look at yourself in the mirror and say "I love you, you go girl".

I think we are all too hard on ourselves when it comes to weight. I know I want to strangle people who say they need to gain lol

I think that as Sara said, as soon as you start doing, instead of thinking about it, you'll feel great. I bought a bike last year, and absolutely love to ride. The bonus was it was good for me too.

You are most fortunate to have a boyfriend who loves you no matter what your weight is. This should make it easier to be self motivated, because you are doing this for YOU, not under pressure from a critic!

I think everyone compares themselves to a boyfriends ex when they see a photo.
He says he likes you just the way you are and you should listen to him! He wouldn't be with you if he wasn't.

I apologise if there are any skinny people in here but give me someone that I can actually feel when I cuddle over someone skinny any day!!

I used to go the gym 4 times a week and to be honest I looked great but I was only doing it so there people would think I looked great. Eventually I realised that I should do what makes me happy, not change the way I look to please other people. I let my gym membership run out and although I'm not a sumo wrestler I'm no model and I'm happier now than I ever was slogging it out at the gym :)
