How can I get my appetite back?
I never like the food my mom cook its no because taste bad its because I don't feel like eating it why? Don't know. Any food I do get hungry but as soon as I sit down its gone I want to know what can I do to eat its any pills that make me hungry at the moment I'm sitting in the table? Please let me know by the way I think I have depression seens my gradma dies the only thing I can eat its fad food and I'm always feeling sick and getitng sick, weak, with a lot of headches, and I can't run like I used to I was very atlethic before my grandma dies I'm 17 and I weight 107 pounds I'm 5'3 height I think that's wrong I can't even run to the coner of my block I don't wats wrong wit me.. :(

When I couldn't eat much and it got to the point I was worried about it I started taking vitamin B complex, Bee pollen (if you are not allergic to pollen or bee stings), 5HTP and vitamin C. Try eating more fruits, vegetables and fiber. Eating junk food will only make you weak and give you headaches. I also read that Megestrol acetate (MA) is good for aneroxia but I don't know anything about Megestrol acetate (MA). |
