    How do I get started
    I want to find my baby sister, she was born in Abilene Tx in 1998 July 18. So she;s not 18 yet but I know the state stepped in because my mother was on drugs now I have been wanting to find her but don't know where to start do I need to call the state of Texas and ask questions or is she too young to be looking for right now? Her name at birth was Brittany Nicloe Little.

    Maybe look for her on myspace. Type her name in.

    If she's not 18 yet, neither of you can legally search.

    You need to wait until she's 18, and even then, there is no state out there that gives siblings rights to search adoption records. Your only chance, even after she is 18, is to search reunion websites or hire a private detective.
