    How to write a contract
    I would like to know how to set up a contract with a business that is interested in purchsing my product out of my home-base business.

    May I suggest that you insert some terms such as; business contract. Proposals, contracts, specifications, etc into the search box on the top of your thread. You will find some interesting information there by previous posters.

    CYA... make sure that all your requirements to protect yourself are included, cover what you specifically intend to provide, have a detailed cost page with your terms, etc. To mention a few items...

    Your public library has (or can order through interlibrary loan) any in a series of legal books by a publisher called Nolo. Business contracts, bills of sale, divorce information, and other legal matters are discussed, with forms included for copying from the pages or from a CD-ROM in the inside back pocket.
