May I suggest that you insert some terms such as; business contract. Proposals, contracts, specifications, etc into the search box on the top of your thread. You will find some interesting information there by previous posters.

CYA... make sure that all your requirements to protect yourself are included, cover what you specifically intend to provide, have a detailed cost page with your terms, etc. To mention a few items...
