Would like to adopt my son. He's the only daddy he's ever known, my husband's been in his life from the time he was born. I don't know between two guys who the father is and no father listed on his birth certificate. He is now three and niether guy has ever put forth an effort to see him or do a paternity test. I don't know where either of them live and I don't know their last names. How would my husband go about adopting my son?

Since you never found out, it is going to be harder now, you will have to follow the court rules to search for the real father, and get DNA tests done. If they can not be found, publication in newspaper will have to be done. You will need an attorney to help work though this
