    Expungement in the state of Georgia
    I inquired about expungement in the state of Georgia and I am happy that I can expunge my felony conviction. All other sites have said that expungement of a felony conviction could not be done in the state of Georgia but you said it could be done if I hire an attorney.Has the Georgia law changed? If so what is the reference and is there an attorney that you could refer me to that handles expungement cases in the counties (dekalb and Fulton) that I was convicted.

    A criminal Attorney could tell you - my research shows sites which say "certain crimes," "some cases" and nothing definitive.

    Frchuck is actually in Georgia and has worked in the system. What did he say?
