    Expungement in state of Georgia
    Is it possible to have a felony conviction in state of Georgia expunged and what is the procedure. I have a conviction from 1987 and need to have exp.unged. Please help...

    Yes you can. You will hire an attorney in the same location as the court that convicted you.
    They will make a motion to have it explunged, the attorney will show how you have not had any other convictions, stayed out of trouble, perhaps had more education, a steady work history and so on.
