    FL apartment lease cancellation period
    In Florida is there a 72 hour cancellation period where you can back out of a signed lease agreement with a refund of your deposit?

    If there is any cancellation period then there will be a statement printed on the lease, usually at the top or near the signature line, telling you that you have the right to cancel within a certain period. If there is no such statement then there is no right to cancel.
